Approve and close completed work

Use the approval action when the submitted result is acceptable.

How to use this function

1. Sign in with a role allowed to access completion review.
2. Open Completion review and choose Approve and close completed work.
3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
4. Complete or review these controls: Work order, Approval decision.
5. Use the approval action when the submitted result is acceptable.
6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
