How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access organization.
  2. Open Organization and choose Assign staff role and site access.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Staff member, Role, Site access.
  5. Choose a role and authorized operating sites for the member.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
