How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access quotations.
  2. Open Quotations and choose Create a quotation version.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Version, Lines, Terms.
  5. Revise an eligible quotation and preserve prior version history.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
