How to use this function

1. Sign in with a role allowed to access quotations.
2. Open Quotations and choose Mark quotation sent.
3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
4. Complete or review these controls: Quotation, Delivery reason.
5. Record a delivery action; this does not send an email or WhatsApp automatically.
6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
