How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access work orders.
  2. Open Work orders and choose Apply agreement to work.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Agreement, Work order.
  5. Link an available AMC/SLA agreement to the work record.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
