How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access work orders.
  2. Open Work orders and choose Assign and schedule a work order.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Assignees, Scheduled start, Scheduled end.
  5. Select eligible technicians and the visit start and end.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
