How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access work orders.
  2. Open Work orders and choose Create a service request.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Customer, Service location, Source, External reference, Requester.
  5. Capture source, customer, service location, requester, title and priority.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
