Expire a quotation

Use the expiry action when the quoted offer is no longer valid.

How to use this function

1. Sign in with a role allowed to access quotations.
2. Open Quotations and choose Expire a quotation.
3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
4. Complete or review these controls: Quotation, Reason.
5. Use the expiry action when the quoted offer is no longer valid.
6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
