Link customer asset to work order

Choose an asset belonging to the same customer and service location.

How to use this function

1. Sign in with a role allowed to access work orders.
2. Open Work orders and choose Link customer asset to work order.
3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
4. Complete or review these controls: Customer asset, Work order.
5. Choose an asset belonging to the same customer and service location.
6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
