How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access amc and sla.
  2. Open AMC and SLA and choose Activate an agreement.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Agreement, Status.
  5. Move a prepared agreement into active coverage.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
