How to use this function

  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access amc and sla.
  2. Open AMC and SLA and choose Create an AMC or SLA.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Customer, Operating site, Type, Coverage notes.
  5. Create a service agreement for the customer, site and coverage type.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
