  2. Open AMC and SLA and choose Edit agreement coverage.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Agreement, Coverage notes, Asset.
  5. Adjust type, notes and covered records.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
