  1. Sign in with a role allowed to access amc and sla.
  2. Open AMC and SLA and choose Suspend an agreement.
  3. Review the customer and company site context where this function uses them.
  4. Complete or review these controls: Agreement, Status.
  5. Suspend coverage according to the available lifecycle.
  6. Save or confirm the action, then reopen the record to check its updated state and history.
